Digital Services Act (DSA) Notice

Bidstero is an EU-based intermediary platform under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act). This page describes how illegal content can be reported, how we respond, and the rights available to users.

1. Single point of contact

For authorities (Article 11): authorities@bidstero.com.
For users (Article 12): /legal/contact.
Languages accepted: English, Lithuanian.

2. Reporting illegal content (Article 16)

Anyone can report content believed to be illegal. A valid notice must include:

  • A sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is illegal.
  • The exact URL on Bidstero (e.g. https://www.bidstero.com/listing/<slug>).
  • The reporter's name and email (anonymous reports accepted for child sexual abuse material and terrorism content only).
  • A statement of good faith.

Submit via the in-product Report button or by emailing dsa@bidstero.com. We acknowledge receipt within 24h and decide within 7 days (or 24h for child sexual abuse material).

3. Statement of reasons (Article 17)

When we restrict content, an account, monetization, or visibility, the affected user receives a written statement of reasons that includes the type of restriction, geographic scope, duration, the legal or contractual basis, and the route to appeal. All statements of reasons are submitted to the EU DSA Transparency Database within 24h.

4. Internal complaint-handling (Article 20)

Affected users can appeal any moderation decision free of charge for 6 months. Appeals are reviewed by a human moderator who did not participate in the original decision. We respond within 14 days.

5. Trusted flaggers (Article 22)

Notices submitted by trusted flaggers awarded by the Digital Services Coordinator of the EU Member State are processed with priority. Apply for accelerated access by emailing trusted-flagger@bidstero.com with your DSC certificate.

6. Transparency reports (Article 15)

Annually we publish: number of orders received from authorities, number of notices, mean response time, automated content moderation tools used, complaints, out-of-court dispute settlements, and account suspensions. 7. Out-of-court dispute settlement (Article 21)

Users may submit disputes to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body in their Member State. Bidstero engages in good faith with the chosen body and bears the costs of the procedure when the user prevails.
