How is my payment protected?+

All payments are held in escrow until you confirm delivery or 14 days after carrier-confirmed delivery.

What fees does Bidstero charge?+

Commission depends on category and vendor tier — typically 3.5–7% on sale price.

How do auctions end?+

English ascending-price. If a bid arrives in the last 2 minutes, the auction extends by 2 minutes (anti-sniping).

Can I cancel an ad?+

Yes — before a buyer commits. After purchase, cancellation falls under our dispute process.
